Return Policy

We regret that you are not 100% satisfied with the item you received, and we are happy to accept returns on most new items within 30 days of receipt.

Returned items must meet the following criteria

1. You have 30 days to decide if the item is right for you, and if you would like to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

2. Returned items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. We will not accept any items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

3. Items marked as non-returnable and gifts cannot be returned.

4. We will not accept items returned without a proper return request.

5. We do not offer freight collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. Return costs are at your own expense.

6. Please be sure to inspect the returned item carefully before sending it. We are not responsible for returns of non-SONGSNEAKER products.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Process

1. If you need to return an item, please contact our website's customer service and explain the item you want to return and why.

2. If your item meets the return criteria, we will send you return instructions. After receiving our return instructions, please pack the item to be returned in the original packaging.

3. You want to send the package to your local post office.

4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We will refund your payment account. You will receive a confirmation email after the refund is issued.

Refund Receipt Time

1. PayPal refund receipt cycle (usually real time)

2. Credit card payment and refund receipt time (7-20 business days)

Return Address

If you want to return an item, please contact our customer service. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

Note: Do not send returns to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will affect your return processing.
